"I was looking to get an annual physical inspections on my AC units and I ended up purchasing a maintenance for maintenance for one year. While I understand it is recommended by the manufacturer to have it checked twice in one year, I would still like to have a option to have a comprehensive annual check-up that would automatically include all presented procedures. Your technician was wonderful, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. We will most certainly remain a customer."
